In February of 2017, the Nickelodeon channel, via the Nick Junior branch, launched Nella the Princess Knight. It is the tale of Nella, who is a princess that can transform into a knight. This is not a typical role that is portrayed by a female character. That is one way that this show is unique. Together with her friends Sir Garrett, Clod and Trinket, Princess Nella helps save the people of her parents’ kingdom.
