Disney+ Monsters at Work Backpacks and Lunchboxes

In 2001, Disney released Monsters, Inc. and it was a smash hit.  The plot revolved around a familiar childhood fear-that there was a monster hiding in their closet.  These fears became real as the employees of Monsters Inc. came into the bedrooms of children every night and collected their screams to be used as energy.

The top employee month often month was James P. Sullivan, known as Sulley.  His partner, who catapulted him from closet to closet, was Mike Wazowski.  The two of them have a terrific relationship and a very close bond.

But that was not always the case.

In the summer 2013 movie, Monsters University, fans learned how the funny duo met while in college.  It was not live at first sight for either one of them.  There was  plenty of comedic antics as we learn about the genesis of this relationship.  It certainly had a lot of ups and downs.

Because fans cannot get enough of the Dynamic Duo of Mike and Sulley, there is a new animated series on Disney+ that will premiere this July on the streaming service. It takes place about six months after the events of the 2001 film.

While these backpacks are not from the new television series, they all feature the famous characters that have been beloved for two decades.
